Se'ebi (creative Japanese translation for "prawn for the world") represents our obsession with farming the best prawns possible for you, our seafood fans everywhere.
why?
We fussed over the product for a long time. What do seafood fans around the world want from their shrimp??Insane freshness. Flavour bombs. Easy to eat.That led us down a journey where we designed, crafted, reviewed, iterated on all the steps we undertake when growing our prawns. Yes! It is fair to say that we are OCD about prawns.Why? Because today's caught and farmed prawns are optimised for profits, tradition and convenience... not for the customer.
